Prior to joining Genpact, Dinesh spent 13 years at Accenture, where he served as Managing Director – Global GCC/GIC/Captive Solution Lead. During this tenure, he played a critical role in designing and implementing end-to-end GCC strategies for clients across geographies. His work enabled global corporations to set up, expand, and transform capability centers into hubs of strategic value, not just cost efficiency. His proven ability to scale global operations, drive transformation, and deliver business outcomes has made him a trusted advisor to leading multinationals.
Dinesh’s career spans senior roles at General Mills, VitalHealth Software, Birla Technologies, and Baan, where he developed a strong foundation in technology, operations, and business transformation. Across these organizations, he successfully blended strategy with execution, helping enterprises unlock value through global centers and shared services models.
