Srinivasan R has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at LEAP India Limited, taking on responsibility for shaping the company’s technology vision and strengthening its digital foundation as it scales across supply chain and logistics solutions. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the development of scalable, future-ready platforms while driving technology initiatives that support business growth, operational resilience, and long-term innovation.
In his new role, Srinivasan will focus on advancing LEAP India’s digital capabilities and technology-driven systems, ensuring they remain robust and adaptable as the organization expands its national footprint and customer base. His appointment reflects LEAP India’s emphasis on building intelligent, technology-led supply chain solutions aligned with evolving industry demands.
Prior to joining LEAP India, Srinivasan spent more than a decade with Reliance Industries Limited, including nearly eight years at Jio Platforms Limited (JPL), where he most recently served as Vice President – Enterprise Application Management. Based in Navi Mumbai, he led enterprise application strategy and governance, supporting large-scale technology environments and enabling business performance through structured systems leadership.
Before his tenure at Jio Platforms, Srinivasan served as AVP – Enterprise Practice Lead at Reliance Industries Limited, where he drove enterprise technology initiatives and strengthened organisation-wide digital systems across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. His responsibilities included overseeing complex enterprise application landscapes and enabling business transformation through technology.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 12 years at Reliance Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. as Enterprise Mobility Lead. During this period, he played a key role in building and scaling the SAP enterprise mobility platform at Reliance, establishing foundational capabilities that supported connected and mobile enterprise operations. In addition, he briefly served as General Manager – SAP-BI at Reliance Industries Limited, contributing to business intelligence leadership and data-driven decision-making environments.
Across his career, Srinivasan has developed deep expertise in enterprise application management, SAP ecosystems, business intelligence, and enterprise mobility. His appointment as CTO marks a significant step in LEAP India’s efforts to strengthen its technology leadership and support the next phase of digital and operational growth.
