Eli Edelkind has been appointed Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, Infrastructure & Tech Operations at CAVA.
He wrote, “I’m excited to step into a new role as VP, CISO, Infrastructure & Tech Operations at CAVA. I’m grateful for the trust from leadership and for the incredible team I get to work with every day.”
Edelkind has been associated with CAVA for 3 years and 8 months. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Information Security Officer and Infrastructure Services from August 2025 to February 2026. Before that, he held the role of Chief Information Security Officer from August 2024 to August 2025, and earlier served as Head of Cybersecurity from July 2022 to August 2024.
In addition to his role at CAVA, he serves as Member, Board of Directors at the Retail & Hospitality ISAC since November 2024.
He is also part of the Cisco Security Product Innovation Council (Security CAB) at Cisco since November 2023, and serves on the Armis Advisory Board at Armis since April 2023.
Earlier in his career, Edelkind spent 7 years and 9 months at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where he held the position of Director, Information Security.
