BHIVE Workspace has appointed Esha Ranjan, PMP, LEED, as its new Chief Projects Officer, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team. With more than 19 years of global experience in construction project management, design, and procurement, Esha’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to scaling its operations through expert-driven execution and innovation.
“Her technical expertise includes BIM implementation, point cloud surveys, and a strong focus on cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and sustainable development.” Esha’s extensive background includes the successful delivery of over 8 million sq. ft. of corporate and mixed-use spaces across various geographies.
Esha’s career began with Ashish Architects in Indore and progressed through significant roles at renowned design and project management firms like DWP, Space Matrix, adrianse*, dwp interics pvt ltd, M Moser Associates, and Pearl Academy. She notably served at Laureate Education, Inc., where she oversaw construction and facilities management across 27 campuses in India, Australia, and New Zealand, showcasing her ability to lead complex, multi-regional portfolios.
She has worked on high-profile projects for global companies such as Google, IBM, British Telecom, and LinkedIn, further strengthening her reputation as a strategic leader in workspace development.
In recent years, Esha held senior leadership positions including VP – Projects at Smartworks and Director – Design, Procurement & Projects at Incuspaze, where she drove design-led transformations and operational efficiencies. One of her landmark responsibilities was at IKEA, where she led a massive ₹5,500 crore mixed-use project spanning 4.5 million sq. ft., integrating an IKEA store, office spaces, hotel, and retail mall—demonstrating her capability in managing multi-functional developments.
Esha’s appointment is expected to significantly enhance BHIVE Workspace’s ability to deliver future-ready, scalable office solutions with a strong foundation in sustainability, innovation, and cost-efficiency. Her blend of strategic insight and execution excellence will be key in supporting BHIVE’s ambitious expansion and infrastructure goals in the flexible workspace segment.
