Moza, with nearly three decades of industry experience, will oversee sales operations across all offline channels—Direct Sales, General Trade (GT), Organised Retail, and B2B—with a focused push in both urban and rural markets.
Rakesh brings with him over 28 years of in-depth expertise in managing sales, distribution, product marketing, and profit & loss across leading global consumer electronics and home appliance companies. His arrival is seen as a critical move in reinforcing Eureka Forbes’ No. 1 position and driving sustainable growth.
Before joining Eureka Forbes, Rakesh served as Executive Vice President at Havells India Ltd, where he played a key role in transforming and streamlining the Organised Trade Channel, driving profitability and operational efficiency. His impactful leadership at Havells was preceded by a 14-year tenure at Samsung Electronics, where he held multiple senior roles, eventually rising to Vice President – Head Sales Organised Retail & General Trade – India 2.
His career journey began with stints at LG Electronics and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times Group), where he built a strong foundation in pan-India distribution, retail development, and product management over a 10-year period.
Recognized for his “key account management and result-driven approach with people-first leadership,” Rakesh is expected to play a pivotal role in elevating Eureka Forbes’ presence in competitive offline channels. The company aims to leverage his deep channel knowledge and strategic thinking to unlock new growth frontiers and improve customer outreach.
