Before joining Exide Energy Solutions, Bhaskara served as Vice President – Technology & GTM at Bluebird Technologies, Inc., where he led strategic technology initiatives and go-to-market programs. Prior to that, he held a leadership role at Carl Zeiss India Pvt Ltd, spearheading digital transformation and IT service delivery across the APAC region, where he played a key role in enhancing technology adoption and streamlining operations.
His earlier tenure at Essilor Group further strengthened his expertise in IT program management, ERP implementations, and global service delivery, making him a trusted leader with a comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems.
