Bengaluru: Flexprice, a billing and metering platform tailored for AI and agentic companies, has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by TDV Partners. The startup aims to accelerate its product development and scale its open-source capabilities to serve the growing demand in the $4 billion AI billing infrastructure market.
The round also saw participation from prominent angel investors and operators associated with Magicpin, Zomato, Innovaccer, and Aftershoot.
Founded in 2025, Flexprice offers a modular, open-source stack that enables SaaS and API-first businesses to implement flexible pricing models—including usage-based, hybrid, and customized plans—without the burden of building internal systems from scratch.
Its platform features developer-friendly APIs, real-time analytics, and native integrations with payment processors like Stripe, Razorpay, and Adyen. This allows companies to track usage, manage customer entitlements, and automate monetization workflows at scale.
Flexprice plans to use the fresh capital to expand its engineering team, deepen payment integrations, and strengthen its open-source community. It competes with established players such as Metronome, Orb, and Lago in the evolving billing infrastructure landscape.
