Fractal, a global player in AI and advanced analytics, has launched Cogentiq, an agentic AI platform designed to help enterprises operationalize artificial intelligence across business functions. Announced on July 29, Cogentiq is positioned as a next-generation solution that embeds decision-making intelligence directly into organizational workflows through autonomous AI agents.
“Cogentiq represents the future of AI – where intelligent agents actively think, plan, and act within real-world business scenarios,” said Srikanth Velamakanni, co-founder and Group CEO of Fractal. By moving beyond static dashboards and manual analysis, the platform aims to reduce enterprises’ dependency on centralized technical teams and overcome challenges such as fragmented data environments.
The platform features low-code development tools, built-in data connectors, and autonomous agents that support both structured and unstructured data. It is compatible with multiple large language models (LLMs) and includes pre-built agents tailored to domains like finance, human resources, and supply chain management.
Adoption is already underway across sectors such as healthcare, insurance, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). In one early use case, a healthcare provider leveraged Cogentiq to automate contact center audits, reportedly leading to shorter call times and better customer experiences.
“With no code and no dependencies from customer support to field sales, businesses can build logical workflows, accelerate decisions, and unlock measurable impact,” added Pranay Agrawal, co-founder and CEO of Fractal US.
Cogentiq has been developed with enterprise-grade security protocols and is designed to scale across functions and geographies, making it a versatile AI platform for companies aiming to move from experimentation to real-world impact.
