Fusion Finance Ltd. has appointed Priyanka Seth Wadhera as Chief Strategy Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its financial inclusion initiatives across India.
In her new role, Wadhera will lead the organisation’s enterprise growth strategy, focusing on building new growth engines, strengthening execution frameworks and integrating risk management into strategic decision-making. She will also work closely with the leadership team to support the company’s long-term expansion and operational resilience.
Wadhera brings extensive leadership experience in finance, strategy and business transformation across financial services and fintech organisations. Prior to joining Fusion Finance, she served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Arya.ag, where she managed financial operations across multiple entities including a warehousing company, an NBFC and a technology platform. Her responsibilities included treasury, financial control, business planning and analysis, legal and compliance, HR and investor relations.
Earlier, she spent over four years as Group Chief Financial Officer at Indifi Technologies Private Limited, where she oversaw the company’s marketplace and NBFC operations with assets under management exceeding ₹2,200 crore. She led functions including treasury, financial control, partnerships, investor relations and financial planning.
Wadhera also served as Chief Financial Officer at Clix Finance India Private Limited, where she led financial governance initiatives including the implementation of Oracle Fusion cloud systems and financial reporting frameworks.
Before moving into senior leadership roles, she held positions such as Vice President – Financial Controller at Barclays and leadership roles at Religare Finvest Limited. Earlier in her career, she worked with Citibank, CitiFinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd and PricewaterhouseCoopers, building strong expertise across credit policy, financial governance, risk management and corporate finance.
