His skill set includes handling antivirus solutions, ticketing tools, Google Workspace, and various SaaS applications, catering to diverse sectors and client needs.
“My expertise includes full software development life-cycle management, from requirement analysis and documentation to coding, testing, and maintenance of applications,” Gaffoor said. He also has hands-on experience in software testing processes such as defect tracking, debugging, project sizing, and status reporting, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Gaffoor’s competencies extend to managing end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, effort estimation, risk analysis, and quality assurance aligned with industry guidelines.
