Prior to this reappointment, Gaurav served as CEO at Burman Estate, where he led investments and operations with a strategic lens, focusing on sustainable growth and operational efficiency. His earlier leadership roles include Senior Vice President and Head of Research & Consulting at PropEquity, Vice President at Sheth Creators, and Senior Manager – Corporate Planning & Business Development at Ascendas. These roles collectively enriched his expertise in real estate investment, planning, and execution across diverse market segments.
