Suraj Kumar Jain has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at GenXAI. In this role, he will steer technology strategy and product execution, advancing the platform’s mission to accelerate enterprise digital transformation through innovative GenAI-powered solutions.
Jain previously served as Senior Vice President – Technology & Product at GenXAI, where he led platform development priorities, AI-driven product innovation, and automation-focused execution aligned with enterprise integration needs. His promotion to CTO reflects his instrumental role in shaping the company’s technology roadmap and delivering scalable GenAI-driven app extensions for enterprise use cases.
Before joining GenXAI, Jain held leadership positions at Kalpataru Limited, overseeing IT management, SAP integration, cloud computing, middleware, and process automation initiatives. Earlier, he contributed to technology and IT leadership at Music Broadcast Private Limited (Radio City 91.1 FM), Harbinger TechAxes Pvt. Ltd., EXULT IT Infrastructure & Services, and other firms, managing enterprise systems, IT integration, and team execution.
Jain began his career with software engineering and training roles at Vivah.com, DISL, and LCC BBSR, building a strong foundation in technology delivery and team leadership.
With extensive experience across AI, GenAI, IT automation, and enterprise technology, his appointment as CTO positions GenXAI to accelerate innovation and deliver next-generation solutions for digital transformation at scale.
