GoKwik, the Indian e-commerce enablement startup, has secured $13 million in fresh funding to accelerate its international expansion and advance its AI-driven commerce infrastructure. The round was led by existing investor RTP Global, with participation from Z47, Peak XV Partners, and Think Investments, taking the company’s total funding to $68 million.
Founded in 2020, GoKwik is reimagining the digital commerce experience through its AI-first platform that reduces checkout friction, improves conversion rates, and delivers personalised engagement across the shopper journey. The company processes millions of transactions daily and has helped brands manage over $2 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV).
“As the next era of eCommerce is defined by intelligent, interoperable products, our mission is to build a unified growth operating system for brands worldwide,” said Chirag Taneja, Co-founder and CEO of GoKwik.
“AI is not an add-on for us—it is the operating system that powers every experience we create.”
GoKwik’s product suite includes KwikCheckout, KwikEngage, KwikPass, and Return Prime, with features such as RTO protection, seamless checkout, engagement automation, and return management. The platform claims to have achieved 100% year-on-year growth, positioning itself as a core infrastructure provider for D2C and e-commerce brands.
Galina Chifina, Partner & CEO at RTP Global, said:
“It’s been a privilege to witness GoKwik’s journey from the early days. Chirag, Ankush, and Vivek have built an outstanding team with a clear sense of purpose and a deep understanding of what brands need to succeed in an AI-first world. We’re excited to continue supporting GoKwik as they scale globally and redefine personalised, data-driven commerce.”
Rajat Agarwal, Managing Director at Z47, added:
“GoKwik was born out of necessity for the Indian eCommerce space. Their deep data-driven approach and clear vision for a unified growth operating system has set a new standard for e-commerce players and brands in India.”
Looking ahead, the company aims to transition from a product suite to becoming the default growth infrastructure for D2C and eCommerce brands globally.
“By connecting every shopper touchpoint—from discovery to returns—we create compounding value and sustainable growth for merchants of all sizes,” Taneja said.
The latest capital injection positions GoKwik to further embed AI across the eCommerce value chain and expand its presence in new global markets.
