Singhi & Co. has announced the appointment of Harish Arora as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO), a dual role in which he will oversee the firm’s information security, data protection, and governance programs. Arora brings over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, and risk management, with leadership positions spanning banking, financial services, healthcare, insurance, and IT services. Prior to joining Singhi & Co., he served as CISO at Ambit Private Limited, Aye Finance, and IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited, and held significant roles at Max Healthcare (via Precision Pyramid Pvt. Ltd.), Rednep Technologies, and Aptara.
His expertise covers a broad range of domains, including regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISMS, ISO, PCI-DSS, IT audits, third-party risk management, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise risk management. With Arora at the helm, Singhi & Co. aims to enhance its digital resilience, strengthen governance practices, and proactively manage emerging cyber risks.
