Sanjeev Rolyan has been elevated to the position of Global Director at HCLTech, marking a key advancement in his career within the technology and digital services industry. In his new role, he will draw on more than 16 years of experience in Software and Applications category leadership, with strong expertise in managing end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations and enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments.
Based in Noida, Rolyan has been associated with HCLTech for over five years, steadily progressing through senior leadership roles. He previously served as Director & Business Head from November 2022 to February 2026 and as General Manager from February 2021 to November 2022. His elevation to Global Director in January 2026 reflects his sustained contributions to the organization’s procurement strategy and business leadership.
Before joining HCLTech, Rolyan spent nearly 15 years at Genpact, where he held the role of Assistant Vice President. During his tenure, he managed sourcing and procurement across a wide spectrum of IT solutions, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, digitization initiatives, application development, and software services. His responsibilities encompassed procurement operations, process optimization, and enterprise-level solutions, strengthening his foundation in strategic sourcing and technology-enabled procurement.
With a strong track record in operational excellence and enterprise transformation, Rolyan’s expanded mandate at HCLTech is expected to further support the company’s global operations and ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
