Hema Pachisia Elevated to Vice President – HR at Myntra

Hema Pachisia has been promoted to the role of Vice President – Human Resources at Myntra, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey and reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening its people and culture strategy. With experience spanning multiple sectors including IT, BFSI, consumer packaged goods, and e-commerce, Hema Pachisia brings a diverse and well-rounded perspective to her new role. Her expertise includes business partnering, rewards management, talent acquisition, and talent development, positioning her to effectively support Myntra’s evolving workforce priorities.

Prior to this promotion, she served as Head of HR for the Tuition Centre business at BYJU’S, where she played a key role in managing HR functions for a rapidly scaling business segment. She has also worked as a Senior Global HR Business Partner at Unilever and held positions at HSBC, gaining extensive exposure to global HR practices and organizational strategy.
Earlier in her career, Pachisia spent a significant period at Infosys Technologies, where she worked across performance management, rewards, and HR leadership roles. This experience helped her build a strong foundation in handling large-scale workforce operations and implementing structured HR frameworks.

In her new role at Myntra, she will focus on strengthening the company’s people strategy, aligning talent initiatives with business objectives, and fostering a culture that drives both performance and employee engagement. Her leadership is expected to play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness as Myntra continues to scale its operations.
