Before joining Hero MotoCorp, she served as the CHRO at Emaar India, where she led key human capital initiatives. She spent over 16 years at Dalmia Bharat Group, overseeing critical HR functions across multiple business verticals, and began her career at Bharti Airtel, where she built a solid foundation in HR leadership.
