Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has announced a major leadership reshuffle with the appointment of Venkatesh Korla as the new Global CEO, and Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati as Global CFO. These appointments come in the wake of the retirement of long-serving leaders, Partha DeSarkar (Group CEO) and Srinivas Palakodeti (CFO).
Venkatesh, who previously led HGS Americas as President & CEO, brings with him over 25 years of experience in digital services and tech-enabled customer experience (CX). He is also the founder of Element Solutions, a digital innovation firm that was later acquired by HGS and now serves as the foundation of its growing technology services division. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its capabilities in strategic consulting, marketing technology, intelligent automation, cloud solutions, and data analytics for clients across both public and private sectors.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati, who joined HGS in February as Deputy CFO, steps into the role of Global CFO. He brings deep expertise in financial transformation, risk management, global audit, M&A strategies, IPOs, treasury, and the establishment and governance of Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Commenting on the appointments, Ashok P Hinduja, Chairman of HGS, said, “As HGS positions itself for an AI-first future to meet shifting market dynamics and client expectations, Venkatesh’s strategic vision and strong track record in digital transformation make him well-suited to lead the company’s next chapter of growth.”
These changes signal HGS’s continued commitment to digital acceleration and leadership continuity as it reimagines customer experiences in an increasingly tech-driven world.
