Indium Software has announced the elevation of Srinath Nadkarnii as Executive Vice President | Head of Data & AI, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and customer-centric digital transformation.
Srinath, who previously served as Senior Vice President – Data & Analytics at Indium, brings over 22 years of extensive experience in IT and digital transformation. His expertise spans Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data, Analytics, CRM, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Cloud, and Data Management.
Known for his ability to drive customer engagement, business growth, and operational excellence, Srinath has built a distinguished career with leadership roles across the US, Germany, France, Malaysia, and Singapore, managing multi-geo delivery for industries such as automotive, manufacturing, finance, insurance, and energy.
Before joining Indium, he led Big Data & Analytics practices at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he played a key role in shaping data-driven strategies for global clients. His earlier professional experience includes senior leadership positions at HP, Zensar Technologies, and Mahindra Satyam, where he contributed to large-scale enterprise programs.
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta’s Executive Business Analytics program, Srinath is also a certified PMP and Scrum Master, blending strategic vision with delivery excellence.
