Parkobot, a stealth-mode startup focused on IoT-powered parking solutions, has raised ₹2.09 crore (approximately $243,000) in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The round also saw participation from several high-net-worth individuals.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to use the capital to scale its infrastructure, expand into new markets, enhance backend operations, and diversify its product offerings.
Founded by Amrit Choudhury, Raj Kumar Bihani, and Animesh Mukherjee, Parkobot enables private parking space monetization through IoT-powered smart barriers integrated with its mobile app. The system supports hourly, on-demand rentals of idle parking spots—addressing a critical pain point in urban mobility.
Parkobot’s platform processes over 20,000 bookings per month and is backed by a proprietary tech stack, including its own Parking Management System (PMS) and scalable IoT hardware, facilitating automated and pre-booked experiences with minimal manual input.
The startup has already deployed its smart parking solutions at high-traffic locations, aiming to ease urban congestion by efficiently utilising underused parking infrastructure.
