Brar’s professional journey includes transformative leadership roles with organizations such as Rubrik, SingleStore, Data Republic, Hortonworks, Cloudera, Talend, MongoDB, Oracle, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Optus. His experience is rooted in delivering enterprise technology solutions across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and international markets, with a proven track record in cloud, data platforms, security, and digital infrastructure.
In his previous tenure at Rubrik as Vice President & General Manager, APJ, Brar guided the company’s expansion and drove high-impact digital transformation strategies for clients across the region. Similarly, during his time as Vice President & GM – APAC & Middle East at Hortonworks, he played a key role in advancing large-scale data modernization initiatives, emphasizing open-source innovation and improved governance frameworks.
His strategic contributions at Talend, MongoDB, Oracle’s MySQL Global Business Unit, HP Software, and Optus reinforce his extensive expertise in scaling technology organizations and empowering enterprises to unlock greater value from their data.
