Kashish Kapoor has been appointed as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Newgen Software, marking a key addition to its global leadership team.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent transformation, organizational effectiveness, and culture-building initiatives as Newgen continues to expand its international presence.
Kapoor joins from NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd., where she served as CHRO for nearly a decade. During her tenure, she led large-scale HR transformation, drove global mobility programs, and played a key role in fostering cultural integration across the organization.
Her career spans leadership roles at IBM, ING Vysya Life Insurance, and Oriflame India Pvt Ltd, building deep expertise across talent management, diversity and inclusion, and HR strategy.
With a strong track record of aligning people initiatives with business outcomes, Kashish Kapoor is well positioned to shape Newgen Software’s next phase of growth and strengthen its global workforce strategy.
