
Kaustubh Chandra (KC) has joined ServiceNow as its new Chief Marketing Officer for India, marking a significant leadership move as the enterprise technology company continues to scale its presence in the country. Announcing the transition, Chandra said, “Turning the page to a #NewChapter, with fresh energy and purpose.” He added, “Excited to be joining ServiceNow as India CMO, as the business continues to scale in India. Chandra joins ServiceNow after a nearly five-year stint at Airtel Business, where he most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of the Digital Sales Group and Sales Operations. In this role, he was responsible for driving growth and brand strategy across India, South Asia, and global markets including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. He played a key role in unifying marketing, inside sales, sales operations, and enablement into a single, data-driven growth engine, with a strong emphasis on automation, performance metrics, and generative AI-led transformation.
At Airtel Business, Chandra led go-to-market strategies across a wide portfolio spanning connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, CPaaS, data centers, and digital platforms, helping scale the business while improving acquisition efficiency and pipeline predictability. His leadership also extended to building and mentoring high-performing teams across marketing and digital sales functions.
Prior to Airtel, Chandra held senior leadership roles at NTT Ltd., where he was instrumental in building revenue marketing and account-based marketing programs globally, and earlier served as Director – Marketing and Head of Digital Sales in India, successfully building a high-growth greenfield business. His earlier career includes nearly five years at IBM India, where he led cloud portfolio marketing and IT services marketing across India and South Asia, as well as a global marketing leadership role at Dion Global Solutions.
With over 20 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, Chandra is widely recognised for his ability to blend brand building with revenue outcomes. His accolades include being named to the Global B2B CMO 100 in 2024 and 2025, and recognition among India’s Top CMOs in recent years. At ServiceNow, he is expected to focus on strengthening brand relevance, driving demand, and shaping a unified, customer-centric marketing strategy for the India market.
