Bengaluru, Enterprise artificial intelligence startup Kily has raised ₹30 crore in a funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Razorpay and Wyser Capital. The Bengaluru-based company will use the capital to strengthen its product capabilities, expand its go-to-market operations and accelerate adoption among large consumer brands.
Founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily develops autonomous AI agents that help consumer brands manage operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce marketplaces. Its platform supports brands operating on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
Kily’s AI agents continuously analyse marketplace signals alongside a brand’s business objectives and operational data. The system automates workflows involving product listings, pricing, advertising, inventory and marketplace management. It is designed to help brands respond to changing demand, competitor activity and marketplace conditions without manually managing each decision.
“Kily is built to bring autonomy to commerce management, enabling brands and their partners to execute faster, make better decisions and scale profitably. In Sorin, Razorpay and Wyser, we have found investors who share our vision for empowering online sellers to win in the new paradigm,” said Sankalp Mehrotra, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kily.
The startup said its platform is already being used by consumer brands, including ITC. By automating operational decisions across multiple digital-commerce channels, Kily aims to help brands improve marketplace visibility, optimise advertising returns and manage large product portfolios more efficiently.
“Enterprise software is undergoing a fundamental transition from systems that help people make decisions to systems that execute decisions themselves. Brands today compete in environments where marketplaces continuously optimise millions of variables using AI,” said Subeer Monga, Partner at Sorin Investments.
Kily operates as an enterprise AI platform focused on autonomous commerce management. Its technology provides AI-powered tools for listings, dynamic pricing, advertising optimisation, inventory monitoring and sales analytics across online marketplaces. The startup is headquartered in Bengaluru.
