Kishor Kumar has been appointed as the Senior Vice President & Global Head – Talent Supply Chain at Ness Digital Engineering, a move aimed at strengthening the company’s global talent strategy. Based in Bengaluru, he will oversee critical functions such as workforce planning, recruitment operations, and delivery readiness across multiple international markets.
His role is central to supporting Ness Digital Engineering’s vision of scaling its global delivery capabilities and aligning its talent operations with a digital-first business approach. Kumar’s appointment reflects the organization’s focus on creating agile and future-ready talent systems to meet the growing demands of digital transformation.
Bringing with him over 20 years of experience, Kishor has built a strong career leading talent and supply chain initiatives across the tech sector. Most recently, he served at Infogain, where he led global recruitment efforts during a phase of rapid growth and digital innovation. His leadership was instrumental in building scalable hiring strategies during a time when the company was expanding both in terms of headcount and service offerings.
Prior to that, Kishor spent 14 years at Wipro Technologies, where he was responsible for managing talent supply chain operations across North America. In that role, he was involved in developing workforce models closely tied to business goals, helping the company respond quickly to evolving client needs and project demands.
Kishor’s early career began in academia, where he held teaching and leadership positions at PES University and the Center for American Education in Bengaluru. These roles helped him develop a deep understanding of talent development, which has continued to inform his approach to building high-performing teams in the corporate world.
