Diptie joins Knowde with over 15 years of diverse human resources experience, having held leadership positions at renowned multinational organizations including Apotex Inc., ExxonMobil, Moody’s Analytics, and Altisource. Her career spans a broad spectrum of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, strategic HR business partnering, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and workforce planning across India and the Asia-Pacific region.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to align people strategy with overarching business goals, enabling organizations to scale effectively while fostering inclusive and high-performance cultures.
