Leena AI has announced the promotion of Chirag Ghela to Associate Director – Project, marking a significant career milestone in his professional journey spanning more than 12 years. In his expanded role, Ghela will continue to lead complex, end-to-end global implementations across HR technology platforms, artificial intelligence solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and large-scale enterprise systems, further strengthening Leena AI’s delivery and execution capabilities. In his current position, Ghela is responsible for driving delivery excellence and strategic execution for enterprise clients in the U.S. market. He manages a diverse portfolio of large and complex implementations across multiple industry verticals, while overseeing project managers and coordinating with global, cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution, quality, and outcomes.
Ghela has been associated with Leena AI for nearly four years, during which he has played a key role in scaling the company’s project management and delivery operations. Prior to his promotion, he served as Project Manager, where he led full-cycle project execution, process excellence initiatives, and multi-stakeholder coordination across global client engagements. Before joining Leena AI, Ghela held several leadership and delivery roles across consulting and technology organizations. He served as IT Project Manager at Ampersand Group, where he focused on process excellence, product management, and technology-driven initiatives. His earlier tenure at Cnergyis Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. spanned nearly seven years, during which he progressed as a Project Manager, leading teams across technical, financial, and business functions. In this role, he was responsible for defining project milestones, tracking progress, managing budgets, and enabling course correction to meet delivery objectives.
Ghela began his career as an IT Business Analyst at Value Consulting, where he worked on requirement gathering and analysis, including business, functional, user, quality-of-service, and implementation requirements. His early exposure to IT consulting, ERP systems, cloud computing, and enterprise platforms such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle helped build a strong foundation in client engagement and technology-led transformation. With deep experience across project delivery, consulting, and enterprise technology, Ghela brings a well-rounded perspective to his leadership role at Leena AI.
