LTIMindtree has appointed Anant Narayanan as Senior Director of Emerging Markets, entrusting him with leadership across key functions including global procurement, OEM pipeline management, and revenue optimization. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance across emerging markets.
Anant joins LTIMindtree following a decade-long tenure at HCLTech, where he served as General Manager of the SCM and Financials delivery team. During this period, he played a central role in executing global asset deals, managing large-scale delivery for U.S.-based clients, and supporting revenue enablement initiatives. His responsibilities included budgeting, stakeholder engagement, third-party contract rationalization, and the effective management of complex OEM partnerships.
Before joining LTIMindtree, Anant built a strong leadership profile in strategic sourcing and procurement through senior roles at leading financial and technology organisations. At Fiserv India Pvt Ltd, he served as Senior Procurement Manager, overseeing PAN India procurement operations and leading strategic vendor negotiations. He also held key management positions at BA Continuum Solutions (Bank of America) and Fidelity Business Services India Pvt Ltd, where he further developed expertise in vendor management, sourcing strategy, and cost optimisation.
Anant’s early career foundation was established at HCL Comnet Ltd, where he spent over five years managing capital expenditure procurement and government tender processes. This experience laid the groundwork for his deep understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and large-scale sourcing operations.
A seasoned leader in global procurement, sourcing, and financial operations, Anant brings more than two decades of experience across IT services and financial technology environments. His expertise spans P2P process design, ERP-driven spend management, OEM ecosystem development, and revenue-focused procurement strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Delhi University.
Throughout his career, Anant has earned a reputation for strengthening financial discipline, optimising third-party contracts, and aligning procurement strategy with delivery and revenue objectives. Known for his execution-focused leadership style, he has led high-performing teams across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
With this appointment, LTIMindtree adds strategic depth and commercial leadership to its emerging markets agenda. Anant’s combination of procurement expertise, revenue management experience, and operational rigor is expected to support the company’s efforts to enhance global procurement capabilities, strengthen OEM partnerships, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across its emerging markets portfolio.
