Luxare by Diaspark has announced the appointment of Rahul Chautel as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With more than 18 years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and scaling global engineering teams, Chautel will play a pivotal role in shaping the next wave of jewelry technology. His mandate at Luxare is clear—strengthening enterprise SaaS architecture, embedding AI and automation, and expanding ERP, Retail, and Repair suites to transform how jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and repair businesses operate across the US and Canada.
In his new role, Chautel is tasked with driving innovation that will reimagine the jewelry value chain. By advancing automation and building intelligent platforms, Luxare aims to deliver scalable solutions for its diverse customer base. The focus will be on creating digital ecosystems that not only streamline operations but also enable businesses to unlock new efficiencies in an industry traditionally driven by legacy systems.
Chautel brings a proven track record of leadership in enterprise technology. Before joining Luxare, he was Vice President & Head of Technology at Artivatic.ai (a RenewBuy company). There, he scaled the technology team to more than 120 professionals and built AI-powered platforms for digitization, document summarization, and risk scoring. These innovations had a transformative impact across the insurance value chain—accelerating onboarding processes, improving underwriting accuracy, and automating claims to deliver higher efficiency and precision.
Prior to Artivatic, Chautel spent over a decade at Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. During his tenure, he played a central role in delivering more than 100 HCM product features, serving over 7,000 enterprise customers and impacting 100 million users worldwide. His contributions significantly advanced Cornerstone’s growth, helping the company achieve $1 billion in annual recurring revenue.
Commenting on his appointment, Chautel emphasized his vision for Luxare’s next growth chapter. “At Luxare, my focus will be on shaping the next generation of jewelry technology by strengthening the enterprise SaaS architecture, embedding AI and automation, and scaling ERP, Retail, and Repair suites to transform how manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and repair shops operate across the US and Canada.”
With Chautel’s deep expertise in SaaS and AI-driven platforms, Luxare is well positioned to reimagine the future of jewelry technology and deliver next-gen solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the North American market.
