Mani, who has been with the company since 2009, previously served as President – HR & CHRO, where he played a vital role in shaping the organization’s people strategy and leading several transformation initiatives.
Over his 16+ years at Usha, Mani has championed change management, leadership development, industrial relations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement—leaving a lasting impact on the company’s culture and operations. His ability to align human capital with business objectives has contributed significantly to Usha’s sustained growth.
Before joining Usha, Mani held leadership roles at InterGlobe Technology Quotient, Reliance Industries, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), and SMS Demag, gaining diverse industry exposure and sharpening his expertise in strategic HR, workforce transformation, and operational excellence.
A graduate of the Xavier Institute of Social Service, he further honed his executive leadership skills through programs at The Wharton School, bringing a global perspective to his work.
