In his new role, Maharana will lead the company’s electric vehicle operations, overseeing key brands such as Ferrato and OTTOOPG, while driving strategic growth, market expansion, brand development, and partnerships within India’s rapidly evolving EV ecosystem.
With a career spanning over 20 years across the automotive, energy, and electric mobility sectors, Maharana is widely recognised for scaling businesses and building strategic alliances. Prior to joining OPG Mobility, he served as Vice President at Bajaj Auto Ltd, where he played a significant role in strengthening the company’s dealer network and improving customer experience nationwide.
Maharana’s professional journey extends across 16 countries, and he brings a wealth of experience in sales, service, channel development, and operations. A graduate of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and further trained at IIM Ahmedabad, he combines deep strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
