
Maithili Tembe has been appointed as Assistant Vice President at Stratacent, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team.
In her new role, she will lead people strategy, focusing on leadership development and advancing inclusive workplace practices to support the organization’s growth across global markets.
With over 17 years of experience as a global HR leader, Tembe brings deep expertise in talent strategy, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and organizational development across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
Prior to joining Stratacent, she held a senior HR leadership role at PTC, where she led large-scale initiatives for a workforce of over 2,500 employees. Her work included embedding DEI frameworks, reducing attrition, and strengthening employer branding.
Her earlier experience spans key roles at Ferrero and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., where she consistently drove talent transformation, leadership development, and HR digitalization initiatives.
Known for her strategic and people-centric approach, Maithili Tembe is well positioned to shape high-performing, inclusive workplaces while strengthening Stratacent’s global people agenda.
