His new role will see him drive engineering excellence and customer-centric solutions across two of the company’s most dynamic markets.
During his tenure at NETGEAR, Mallick has held several key positions that prepared him for this expanded leadership mandate. He previously served as Technical Head for India, SAARC, and the Middle East, and earlier as Technical Head for India & SAARC. In these roles, he was instrumental in strengthening the company’s regional market presence while developing innovative, customer-focused engineering solutions that addressed the evolving needs of businesses and consumers. His leadership has consistently reinforced NETGEAR’s reputation as a trusted provider of networking and connectivity solutions.
Beyond his extensive contributions at NETGEAR, Mallick also brings a strong background in technology leadership from his earlier career experiences. At vCustomer Services India Pvt Ltd, he served as a Technical Team Lead, managing a team of engineers dedicated to providing networking product support. Prior to that, he worked with Computer Associate – TCG Software as a Software Engineer (Quality), where he specialized in quality processes and software testing. These roles gave him a strong foundation in both technical execution and leadership, skills that have proved valuable throughout his career.
Mallick’s professional journey reflects deep expertise in networking, systems engineering, and quality assurance—areas critical to NETGEAR’s continued growth and innovation.
