Before joining Marsh, Kejriwal held leadership positions at Livlong 365 and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. At Livlong 365, he led the corporate business vertical, overseeing nationwide operations across health and wellness services, with responsibilities spanning sales, client servicing, and product strategy. During his tenure at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, he managed regional business operations and creditor alliances, gaining strong exposure to insurance distribution and partnership ecosystems.
He began his professional journey with Silverdale Services India Pvt Ltd, building a foundation in business operations and client management.
