Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals Modernises HR Operations with OfficeNet HRMS to Support 24×7 Care Delivery

New Delhi, March 2026: Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals, one of India’s rapidly expanding eye care hospital networks, has modernised its HR operations across 90+ facilities in South India, strengthening workforce continuity and achieving 90% accuracy in leave approvals through OfficeNet’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

In a healthcare environment where uninterrupted clinical availability and shift coverage are critical to patient care, Maxivision undertook a strategic shift to a unified, digital workforce framework designed for multi-location, high-movement hospital operations. The move has helped ensure that leave planning is seamlessly aligned with clinical schedules, reducing operational risk and supporting consistent care delivery.

By digitising leave and attendance workflows, OfficeNet HRMS provides real-time visibility, automated decision flows, and centralised governance across departments and locations. Hospital leadership and managers now have a single, reliable view of workforce availability, enabling more informed staffing decisions, improved accountability, and greater preparedness for round-the-clock operations. Enhanced shift roster management further supports smooth 24×7 functioning across doctors, nursing staff, and clinical teams.

Commenting on the integration, Ms. Sonali Chowdhry, CEO of OfficeNet, said, “In the healthcare industry, workforce accuracy directly impacts timely service delivery. We are proud of the work we have done with Maxivision, which demonstrates how digital HR systems can bring structure and reliability to even highly dynamic staffing environments like hospitals.”

Mr Sachin Shet, Group CHRO of Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals said, “In a healthcare environment, even small gaps in staffing can impact service delivery. As part of our effort to digitise and upgrade our operations, we adopted OfficeNet HRMS to bring greater accuracy and visibility into leave management, enabling smoother staffing coordination and uninterrupted patient care across our hospitals.”

Building on the initial rollout, Maxivision plans to extend OfficeNet HRMS to additional locations, creating a more standardised and digitally governed workforce framework across its network.
