Meesho Partners with ElevenLabs to Handle 60,000+ Customer Calls Daily Using AI Voice Technology

E-commerce platform Meesho has joined forces with AI voice technology company ElevenLabs to efficiently manage more than 60,000 customer calls every day through a real-time multilingual voice agent. Powered by ElevenLabs’ advanced Text-to-Speech technology, this AI solution offers support in both Hindi and English, specifically catering to users in India’s tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

“Our goal was to create a voice experience that truly feels human, and ElevenLabs helped us achieve that,” said Siddharth Gupta, GM – New Initiatives at Meesho. He emphasized that the clarity, warmth, and tone of the AI voice were critical in building trust with users at scale, an important factor given Meesho’s rapidly growing customer base.

Siddharth Srinivasan, who heads GTM India at ElevenLabs, highlighted the transformative potential of voice AI in the Indian market: “Voice AI is changing how businesses in India interact with their customers.
