
Megha Nayak has been appointed as Head of Marketing, India at Figma, marking a new chapter in her career after spending more than a decade at LinkedIn. In her new role, Nayak will lead Figma’s marketing strategy in India, with a focus on brand building, market expansion, and strengthening engagement across the country’s growing design and product ecosystem.
She announced her move on LinkedIn, where her most recent role was Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Sharing her excitement about the transition, Nayak wrote, “This is a pivotal moment to help shape Figma’s presence in India and build India with Figma. As design and craft become key differentiators for success, Figma is evolving into a deeply interconnected ecosystem that takes teams seamlessly from idea to launch.”
Before joining Figma, Nayak spent over 11 years at LinkedIn, holding several senior leadership positions across geographies and business verticals. Her roles included Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Head of APAC Marketing (SMB), and Head of Marketing India & APAC Programs, LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
Earlier in her career, Nayak worked at Tata Communications for six and a half years in strategy and product marketing roles and also served as a consultant with Etyacol Technologies. With over 17 years of professional experience, she brings a strong mix of global perspective and regional market expertise to Figma as it continues to expand its footprint in India.
