Fujitsu has announced the elevation of Meghan Nandgaonkar as Head of Technology, Risk and Resilience for its Global Delivery Unit. In his expanded leadership role, Meghan will take on dual responsibilities, serving as both Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
“In this elevated role, Meghan will lead Fujitsu’s global technology strategy, cybersecurity framework, enterprise risk governance, and resilience planning across the company’s delivery operations.” This appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its global operations and reinforcing its digital resilience and risk management practices.
This milestone builds on Meghan’s 15-year tenure with Fujitsu, during which he held pivotal positions including Deputy CIO, Head of Risk and Resilience, and Director – IT at Fujitsu Consulting India. His contributions have been integral to Fujitsu’s digital transformation journey, operational scalability, and resilience posture.
A seasoned IT leader with close to three decades of experience, Meghan has a strong background in global technology operations and enterprise IT services. “With nearly 30 years of experience in global IT services, Meghan is recognized for his impact in driving digital transformation, cloud adoption, and CRM excellence across platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.”
Before joining Fujitsu, Meghan held senior leadership roles at companies such as HCLTech, Rapidigm, and Tata Infotech, where he successfully led large-scale transformation projects and enterprise technology initiatives.
In his new capacity, Meghan is expected to play a key role in aligning Fujitsu’s global delivery operations with robust technology strategies and security frameworks. His dual CIO and CISO responsibilities underscore the strategic convergence of technology governance and cybersecurity in today’s enterprise landscape.
