Mohan Reddy Sirigireddy has taken on the role of Associate Director at KPMG. In this position, he is tasked with leading strategic consulting engagements, enhancing tax technology capabilities, and delivering transformation-driven solutions to clients across industries. His mandate includes leveraging deep expertise in indirect tax automation and ERP-enabled business process optimization to help organizations strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
Before joining KPMG, Mohan served as Management Consultant Manager at Accenture from August 2023 to February 2026 in Hyderabad, Telangana. During his tenure, he contributed to large-scale consulting initiatives, focusing on technology-enabled transformation and enterprise process enhancement.
Earlier in 2023, he worked as Senior Software Engineer at A.P. Moller – Maersk for five months, operating remotely from Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this role, he further expanded his experience in enterprise systems and technology-driven solutions within a global corporate environment.
A significant part of his professional journey was spent at Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited, where he dedicated over eight years from October 2014 to January 2023. Starting as a Senior Consultant, he advanced through the ranks to become Tax Manager in the Tax Technology Consulting practice. From June 2019 to January 2023, he served as Tax Manager, leading complex tax technology initiatives and digital transformation programs.
During his time at Deloitte, Mohan spearheaded automation initiatives for indirect tax solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. He worked extensively with SAP ERP systems and tax engines such as ONESOURCE and VERTEX, driving the implementation of scalable tax determination frameworks and digital compliance solutions. His work focused on aligning tax functions with enterprise systems, enabling improved accuracy, reporting transparency, and regulatory adherence.
Across his career, Mohan has built strong capabilities in indirect taxation, native SAP integration, tax engine implementation, and ERP-driven process transformation. His experience spans consulting, enterprise technology, and digital tax modernization, positioning him to play a key role in strengthening KPMG’s tax technology advisory practice and delivering impactful, future-ready solutions for clients.
