With a career spanning global retail, technology, and financial services, she brings a strong track record in culture transformation, capability building, and talent strategy—expertise that positions her to strengthen Crocs India’s people agenda from day one.

Nakra joins Crocs after an impactful tenure at Marks and Spencer Reliance India Ltd., where she spent more than seven years leading HR and sustainability initiatives across a rapidly evolving retail environment. Her work contributed to shaping a high-performance culture, driving organization-wide capability development, and embedding integrated people practices to support business growth. Prior to M&S, her role as Talent Director APAC and HRBP Lead India at Wiley helped sharpen her expertise in strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and talent transformation across global teams.

Her career spans several marquee organizations—including American Express, Walmart, ABN AMRO Bank, Tecnovate eSolutions, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise—giving her deep cross-industry exposure to consumer brands, technology services, and BFSI. This breadth equips her with a nuanced understanding of employee experience, design thinking for HR, and scalable people systems aligned with evolving industry demands.

Over the years, Nakra has built strong capabilities in culture design, performance enablement, brand-led HR strategy, and AI-driven HR innovation.
