Nandini Singh has joined Cloudstrats as CEO, taking on a leadership mandate focused on guiding the company through its next phase of growth and scale. The move marks a new chapter in Singh’s more than 33-year career across global technology organisations, public-sector technology initiatives and business leadership.
Announcing the move, Singh said she was beginning “a new chapter” and described the opportunity as a chance to help build and scale Cloudstrats as the organisation moves towards a larger growth ambition. She said her focus will be on shaping the strategy, people and culture required to support the company’s journey while strengthening the trust of its market, clients and partners.
Singh brings more than three decades of experience in the technology industry. Before joining Cloudstrats, she held senior leadership responsibilities at IBM, where her work focused on the public sector and technology business. Her LinkedIn profile describes her as a strategic business leader with 33+ years of experience driving growth across the public sector and technology arena.
Her association with the public-sector technology ecosystem also includes a role on the Government of Andhra Pradesh’s Information Technology Advisory Council. A government order issued in October 2025 lists Singh as Executive Director and Sector Lead at IBM among the senior technology leaders serving on the council. The council was established to provide strategic inputs on the state’s IT roadmap, including talent readiness, research and development, digital infrastructure, policy implementation and global best practices.
Beyond her corporate career, Singh is also a founding member of ELVA Women, a platform focused on supporting women leaders in science, technology and strategic decision-making. ELVA Women was launched in April 2026 by a group of senior women leaders from industry, government, development and academia. Singh is listed among its founding members.
Her professional journey has therefore combined technology leadership with business development, public-sector engagement and initiatives aimed at strengthening leadership participation in the technology ecosystem. This experience comes as she moves from a large global technology organisation into a mid-sized technology company that is looking to significantly expand its scale.
Cloudstrats is an IT services and technology company with operations across India, the United States and Canada. Singh’s appointment comes at a point when Cloudstrats is seeking to move from its existing mid-sized position towards a larger organisation. In her announcement, she described the company as being “at a threshold” with the ambition to become a much larger organisation. Her stated priorities include helping shape the strategy, people and culture required for that transition and building stronger relationships with the market, clients and partners.
For Singh, the move represents a shift from a long career within leading global technology organisations to taking a more direct role in building and scaling a mid-sized technology business. With experience spanning technology, public-sector engagement, business growth and leadership, she will now work with the Cloudstrats team as the company seeks to translate its growth ambition into a larger and more scalable organisation.
