Prior to his current role, Nitin served as AVP & Head of Shared Services at Welspun World Group, where he played an instrumental role in enhancing operational efficiency and building integrated service delivery models. His earlier stint as Shared Services Manager (Head) at Commercial Controller CNH Industrial saw him leading initiatives around financial control and process improvement, further solidifying his credentials in enterprise transformation and performance management.
