Aditya Roy has been elevated to the role of IT Director at NTT DATA, Inc., marking a significant milestone in his journey of over a decade with the organization.
In his most recent position as Associate Director at NTT DATA Services, he was responsible for leading service delivery across end-user services (EUS) towers. His scope included managing critical areas such as O365 across on-premise and cloud environments, Active Directory services, network operations, SharePoint, and IT service management functions including incident, change, problem, and major incident management. During this time, he played a key role in enhancing service delivery models, ensuring strong SLA and KPI adherence, and driving operational efficiency.
Over the years, Roy has steadily progressed through multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead. In these roles, he focused on building scalable service frameworks, improving process efficiency, managing large teams, and driving cost optimization initiatives while expanding the scope of services through modern practices and client collaboration.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with Dell Technologies, where he developed foundational expertise in IT infrastructure and technical support.
In his new role as IT Director, Aditya Roy will focus on advancing strategic IT initiatives, strengthening service delivery capabilities, and supporting the organization’s continued growth through technology-led transformation.
