Nyayanidhi Raises $2 Million in Seed Funding to Accelerate AI-Led Transformation of India’s Legal Ecosystem

Nyayanidhi, a legal technology startup building advanced litigation operating systems, has raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from DeVC, peercheque, Force Ventures LLP, and notable angel investors, including Nishchay Ag, co-founder of Jar. The company said the new funds will be channelled toward expanding its advocate partner network, strengthening AI infrastructure, deepening government collaborations, and scaling operations across more states.

Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi is focused on digitally transforming the litigation process by integrating AI and automation to make legal documentation, translations, and filings up to ten times faster and more accurate. The company’s technology aims to introduce precision, standardization, and accountability into India’s complex legal workflows.

Nyayanidhi’s model combines the expertise of partner advocates—who bring deep domain and procedural knowledge—with AI-driven systems that ensure consistency and quality across every stage of litigation. This hybrid framework enables efficient, outcome-oriented legal service delivery, positioning Nyayanidhi as a transformative force within India’s justice ecosystem.

“By standardizing processes and ensuring quality control, the company aims to bring precision and accountability to the legal ecosystem,” Nyayanidhi said in a statement. The startup’s platform is already being tested in High Courts and through enterprise partnerships, where it provides multilingual drafting support and automated document workflows.

With India facing a backlog of over 50 million pending cases and 20 million new filings annually, the need for scalable legal technology has never been greater. Nyayanidhi’s solutions seek to bridge the gap between manual legal processes and digital efficiency, helping legal professionals and institutions handle case volumes more effectively.

Having processed thousands of litigation cases across varied jurisdictions and contexts, the company has demonstrated early traction and tangible results. As it scales its operations, Nyayanidhi aims to become a cornerstone of India’s digital justice infrastructure — modernizing how legal services are delivered, managed, and measured in the age of AI.
