
Oracle India has appointed Prabhjot Minhas as Senior Director and Head of Marketing, marking a key addition to its leadership team in India. In this role, she will steer the company’s marketing agenda, focusing on brand positioning, strategic outreach, and customer engagement across its enterprise technology portfolio.
With over two decades of experience in technology marketing and communications, Minhas brings a strong track record of building integrated, high-impact marketing programs. Prior to this, she served as Head of Marketing for India and SAARC at Autodesk, where she led regional initiatives spanning sectors such as architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing, driving cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Teradata and SAP Concur, where she focused on demand generation, digital marketing, and enterprise go-to-market execution in data-driven environments.
Minhas is widely recognized for her expertise in content-led marketing, account-based strategies, and digital-first demand generation. She has led cross-functional campaigns across brand, product marketing, corporate communications, and digital engagement, while also working closely with global teams on influencer and analyst relations, change management, and building scalable digital ecosystems.
In her new role, she will oversee integrated marketing efforts across digital platforms, events, corporate communications, and partner channels. Her focus will be on strengthening Oracle’s brand presence, accelerating demand creation, and enabling enterprises to adopt cloud, database, and AI-driven solutions more effectively.
Her appointment comes at a time when enterprise technology companies are increasingly prioritizing outcome-driven and content-centric marketing approaches to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
