Nandkumar Kadam has been elevated to Director – Cloud Engineering at Oracle, marking a key milestone in his long-standing association with the organization. In this role, he will lead cloud engineering initiatives, with a focus on driving large-scale cloud transformation, strengthening consulting capabilities, and enabling enterprises to accelerate their digital journeys.
With over two decades of experience, Nandkumar brings deep expertise across cloud engineering, consulting, and digital transformation. His leadership is expected to further enhance Oracle’s ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade cloud solutions to clients.
During his decade-long tenure at Oracle, he has held several strategic leadership positions, including Director – Consulting Solutions, Business Development & Strategy, Consulting Practice Director, and Consulting Practice Manager. Across these roles, he has played a pivotal role in advancing cloud adoption, building consulting excellence, and driving business growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Oracle, he held leadership roles at IDBI Intech Ltd, ICICI Bank, and e-Serve International, where he developed a strong foundation in banking technology and enterprise solutions.
With his extensive experience and strategic vision, Nandkumar Kadam is well positioned to lead Oracle’s cloud engineering efforts, supporting organizations in navigating complex digital transformations and unlocking the full potential of cloud technologies.
