Panasonic Unveils Cutting-Edge Smart Home Experience Centre in India

Panasonic has launched a new, state-of-the-art Smart Home Experience Centre in India, offering a comprehensive showcase of its smart home technologies. Positioned as a one-stop destination, the centre reflects Panasonic’s focus on three core themes: wellness, security, and convenience.

Built on the Miraie IoT platform, the Experience Centre highlights Panasonic’s holistic approach to modern living. The exhibit spans a wide array of intelligent home solutions — from air quality management systems to fully integrated home automation and advanced security infrastructure.

Among the health and wellness solutions on display are Panasonic’s indoor air quality innovations, including a high-efficiency HVAC system, an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV), and the NanoeX air purification technology — all designed to create a cleaner and healthier indoor environment.

In terms of home security, Panasonic is showcasing its full suite of surveillance and access control products. These include video door phones, guard and lobby stations, door stations, and an array of security cameras such as Dome, Bullet, and PTZ360 models.

Additionally, the centre demonstrates the versatility of the Miraie platform, now updated to support Matter — a global standard for smart home device compatibility. This ensures seamless integration of Matter-enabled products into Panasonic’s ecosystem. The Miraie mobile application, available on Android and iOS, empowers users to control lighting, curtain settings, and other appliances through custom scenes and automation presets.

Panasonic has emphasized a privacy-first approach in the development of its smart solutions. Manish Sharma, Chairman and Executive Officer at Panasonic Life Solutions India, stated that the company is committed to ‘privacy by design’, ensuring user data is handled with utmost care and security.

During the launch, the leadership also underlined Panasonic’s unique position in the market as one of the few brands offering a full smart home ecosystem to developers. The Experience Centre also highlights solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring, with the ERV system being one of the main attractions for its potential to significantly enhance indoor air quality.

The centre is a significant step by Panasonic to align with the growing demand for smart living in India, showcasing innovation that merges comfort, security, and sustainability.
