Mumbai: Pantomath Capital, the investment banking arm of Pantomath Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Namrata Shanbhogue as Executive Director – Investment Banking. Ms. Shanbhogue brings with her close to two decades of rich professional experience spanning Investment Banking and Retail Payments, with over a decade of deep domain expertise in Investment Banking.
Prior to joining Pantomath, Ms. Shanbhogue was associated with Axis Capital Limited as Senior Vice President – Financial Sponsor Group, where she focused on private fund raising for corporates across sectors and worked closely with Private Equity and Venture Capital investors. She successfully executed transactions in sectors including medical devices and fintech. She spent over 5 years with Axis Bank in leadership role.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Shanbhogue had a long and impactful association with Enam Securities Limited, progressing from Analyst to Vice President in just over a decade. During this period, she worked extensively on IPOs, Private Equity, Rights Issues, M&A and Structured Finance transactions across sectors such as Media & Entertainment, Pharma, Telecom, Retail, Power Transformers and Fintech. She has been closely involved in several landmark fund-raising transactions for leading corporate groups, particularly within the Media & Entertainment sector.

Ms. Shanbhogue holds a PGDMBA in Finance and General Management from Mumbai Educational Trust, Bandra, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from R. A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics.
