Prior to joining Mahindra Lifespace, Dey served as Capabilities Leader for AI, Technology, and Innovation at PwC Acceleration Center India. In this role, he spearheaded enterprise-wide strategies spanning advanced analytics, automation, and sustainability-led innovation. His tenure at PwC also saw him lead as Director – Digital & Innovation Leader, where he was responsible for driving digital delivery models across multiple global geographies. These roles positioned him as a key enabler of large-scale technology adoption and transformation within complex enterprise environments.
Earlier in his career, Dey held leadership roles at Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw digital transformation, enterprise applications, and business intelligence initiatives. His strategic interventions supported the media firm’s shift toward data-driven operations and customer-centric innovations. Prior to that, he gained international exposure while working with Infosys Ltd. (NASDAQ: INFY) in the U.S. as a Technical Test Lead, where he built expertise in global technology delivery and large-scale implementation.
