Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. has announced the elevation of Sanjay J. Joshi to the role of Chief Technology Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing digital transformation journey. Sanjay J. Joshi is happy to share that he is starting a new position as Chief Technology Officer at Parle Products Pvt. Ltd! His transition into this expanded leadership role underscores Parle’s commitment to accelerating technology adoption, enhancing operational efficiency, and building future-ready digital frameworks across the organization.
A seasoned technology leader with extensive experience across business systems, digital transformation, and enterprise-scale IT modernization, Joshi has played an integral role in Parle’s technology evolution. In his new mandate, he will lead the company’s technology strategy, focusing on evaluating, implementing, and scaling digital solutions that directly enable business growth. Working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Procurement, he will continue driving Parle’s agenda around data, analytics, automation, and process optimization.
In his long-standing role as IT Head, Joshi has steered numerous high-impact initiatives aimed at improving business performance, reducing costs, and strengthening organization-wide digital capability. He has been instrumental in leading the company’s expansive SAP implementation for both domestic and international operations, overseeing the transformation of procurement and supply chain processes, and ensuring harmonization across SAP, DMS, and Salesforce systems.
Joshi’s leadership was pivotal during the pandemic, where he ensured uninterrupted IT operations and supply chain continuity despite unprecedented challenges. He guided the company through a major cloud migration of critical SAP and non-SAP workloads, enhancing resilience and scalability. He also introduced a dedicated Data Analytics vertical under IT, laying the foundation for advanced data-driven decision-making at Parle.
His contributions include managing a large-scale transition from HCL Notes to O365 for thousands of users and strengthening the organization’s security and network landscape through implementations such as Wi-Fi modernization, SD-WAN, NAC, proxy systems, and advanced security frameworks. Joshi has also driven several cost-efficient technology initiatives involving SAP BTP, RPA, and workflow automation. Notably, he played a key role in building Parle’s Data Lakehouse on Azure using Databricks’ open-source architecture—an important milestone in the company’s analytics journey.
